3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on fv444, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and any other required information. fv444 reserves the right to cancel an account if the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (password, etc.) completely confidential. fv444 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from sharing your login details with a third party.

• Report any suspicious activity or account access to our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

3.3 Account Closure or Suspension

fv444 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fv444 currently supports transactions through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) in Bangladesh:

• bKash — The most widely used mobile wallet in Bangladesh.
• Nagad — The digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — The mobile financial service of UCB.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This minimum limit applies to each payment method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (see section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at fv444, you will receive a 150% first-deposit bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500.
• If you deposit ৳28,000, you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Conditions

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example:

• ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

All valid bets placed using bonus funds count toward the wagering calculation. If you attempt to withdraw a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

fv444 may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer notification. Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system (such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
